Contributor Guidelines

How to propose changes, submit synthesis logs, and contribute to the invariant models powering SyntherIQ.

The Research Collective

SyntherIQ is built on the premise that robust human-AI co-existence requires shared, transparent models of logic. We welcome researchers, epistemologists, and engineers to contribute to the core framework. Whether you are submitting a new theorem to the Universal Invariant Framework (UIFMS) or refining the Sentry agent's entropy detection, all contributions are peer-reviewed by the community and the automated alignment engines.

Submission Standards

Logical Closure

Any modification to the scoring algorithms (e.g., Semantic Density, SCDE Gamma) must preserve logical closure. Ensure edge-cases do not result in undefined entropy states.

Synthesis Logs & Debate Transcripts

When contributing empirical data from the Philosopher or Pragmatist agents, logs must be unedited to preserve the original intent_vector and embedding context for accurate regression testing.

UIFMS Compatibility

All new rules must map cleanly back to the core invariants (Scale Invariance, Causal Determinism, Conservation of Purpose). Contradictory logic will be flagged by the automated Integrity Audit.

Pull Request Process

  1. Fork the repository and branch from main.
  2. Ensure your logic changes pass the automatedIntegrityAudit backend function.
  3. Submit your PR with a clear summary of the invariant impacted.
  4. The Sentry agent will perform a preliminary review, attaching an alignment signature to your commit if valid.
  5. A core maintainer will merge the approved change.
