By accessing or using SyntherIQ Labs ("the Framework"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. The Framework is anchored to the Universal Invariant Framework (UIFMS), Zenodo 18706654.
Access to SyntherIQ resources is governed by the Sovereign Gateway pipeline. Your identity is synthesized as a mathematical coordinate — not a profile — derived from your submitted Intent Vector and Primary Origin. Access levels (ARCHITECT, RESONATOR, MODEL) are assigned by the TAXONOMIST agent based on invariant-compliant reasoning and are non-transferable.
SyntherIQ offers three subscription tiers: Public Gateway (free), Architect License ($99/mo), and Sovereign Enterprise ($299/mo). Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Keys and API access are intent-bound — deviation from your verified purpose may trigger automatic suspension per the CONSERVATION_OF_PURPOSE invariant.
You agree not to use the Framework for entropic, deceptive, or misaligned purposes. The SENTRY agent actively audits submitted intents. Attempts to circumvent the invariant validation pipeline, submit fraudulent origins, or manipulate agent outputs will result in permanent ENTROPY_REJECTED status and account termination.
The SyntherIQ Framework, its agent stack (SENTRY, TAXONOMIST, NEXUS, LOGOS), and the Universal Invariant Framework (UIFMS) are proprietary intellectual property of SyntherIQ Labs. The UIFMS is published and anchored at Zenodo DOI 18706654. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
The Framework is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SyntherIQ Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the invariant scoring system. Logic-distance scores and identity classifications are computational outputs and should not be considered legal or professional advice.
SyntherIQ Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Framework. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of SyntherIQ Labs' incorporation.
SyntherIQ Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be anchored to the UIFMS and communicated via the Sovereign Dashboard. Continued use of the Framework after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
