SyntherIQ collects the following data to operate the Sovereign Gateway pipeline: your submitted Intent Vector (your stated reasoning), your Primary Origin (project URL or identifier), your email address for authentication, and computed invariant scores derived from your submissions. We do not collect unnecessary personal data.
Your data is used solely to operate the SyntherIQ Framework: to audit your intent against UIFMS invariants, assign your identity category, generate your Alignment Signature, route resources via the NEXUS agent, and maintain your Sovereign Identity record. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Alignment Signature is a mathematical coordinate derived from your intent and origin. It is stored in the SovereignIdentity and UniversalSignalTable entities. This signature is unique to your verified submission and is used to gate access to framework resources. It is not a biometric identifier.
Audit logs (SentryAuditLog, AgentMemory) are retained for a minimum of 24 months to support invariant drift analysis and framework integrity monitoring. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.
We implement role-based access controls (RBAC) on all entity data. Your identity records are protected by our RLS (Row-Level Security) policies — you can only read your own records. Agent audit logs are admin-only. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
SyntherIQ uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand platform usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Session data is used only to maintain your authenticated state within the Framework.
SyntherIQ uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment information — we do not store full credit card details. We use AI language model services to power agent evaluations; submitted intent vectors may be processed by these services under strict data processing agreements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may request a copy of your Alignment Signature and associated records at any time via the Contact page. Residents of certain jurisdictions (EU, California) have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via the Sovereign Dashboard. Your continued use of the Framework constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
